This 2-part epoxy foam reinforces cavities, sheet metals, and structural parts to enhance stiffness and load-bearing performance. It slightly expands when heated, enabling reliable cavity reinforcement in vehicle construction and repair.
TEROSON® EP 1401 is a rigid-setting, 2-part structural epoxy foam engineered to strengthen cavities, metal sheets, and vehicle body structures. Designed with hollow microspheres, it increases stiffness, strength, and fatigue resistance, making it ideal for reinforcing load-bearing applications. The product cures at room temperature and offers excellent adhesion and corrosion protection. It is suitable for application by dual-cartridge dispensers and can be sandwiched between structural panels or applied on flat surfaces with a fiberglass mesh finish.
