This fast curing 1-part low-viscosity liquid is designed to bond and seal clear plastic to metal substrates, making it suitable for disposable medical devices.
LOCTITE® AA 3011 is a transparent pale straw colored, UV-cured acrylic adhesive formulated for fast surface cure; tack-free time is 8 seconds and fixturing time is 10 seconds. It is ideal for plastics, and good for metals and glass. Depth of cure is 4 mm (0.1575") and service temperature range -40ºC to 100ºC ( -40ºF to 212ºF). Qualified to ISO 10993 for medical devices.
