A 1-part, flexible cyanoacrylate adhesive that offers near instant bonding while retaining flexibility once cured and fixed. It is ideal for flexing-and-bending applications in disposable medical device assembly.
LOCTITE® 4851 is a flexible, low-viscosity instant adhesive specifically formulated to provide flexible bondlines. It develops fixture strength in approximately 10 seconds and is suited for bonding metals, elastomers and plastics, including difficult-to-bond plastics (PP, PE, PTFE) when used with a primer such as LOCTITE® SF 7701. LOCTITE 4851 is tested to Henkel's ISO 10993 protocols for use in disposable medical devices.
