BONDERITE® L-FG 4258 GRAPHITE FORGING LUBRICANT ACHESON is a water dilute-able lubricant used when hot forging steel parts. The product is a water-based dispersion of graphite designed to hot forge a steel part with minimal process or quality issues. BONDERITE L-FG 4258 GRAPHITE FORGING LUBRICANT ACHESON enhances metal flow and prevents part sticking inside the die or to the punch. BONDERITE L-FG 4258 GRAPHITE FORGING LUBRICANT ACHESON can be flooded or sprayed. BONDERITE L-FG 4258 GRAPHITE FORGING LUBRICANT ACHESON is economical and coats a hot or warm die well. Good coatings generally mean extended die life. This product can be used for heavy duty, medium duty or light duty draws. Mechanical, hydraulic and transfer press use is acceptable with this lubricant. The graphite used in BONDERITE L-FG 4258 GRAPHITE FORGING LUBRICANT ACHESON is natural graphite". The product is thin and free flowing for ease of pumping and spraying.
