BONDERITE L-FG FB 412 ACHESON is an environmental friendly product designed for uncomplicated application of a protective lubricant coating onto titanium and super alloy billets for forging and extrusion.
BONDERITE® L-FG FB 412 is a dispersion of a specially developed, rigorously controlled glass frit in water.This product is solvent free and lead free and thereby is environmentally friendly. In combination with compatible die lubricants this product assists lubrication during high temperature forming operations.It assists to control metal flow, reduces heat loss from billet surface and designed to protect titanium billets.This product is specifically for dip application.
