All paintable, plastic car parts can be repaired quickly and cost effectively with Henkel’s comprehensive, TEROSON^® Plastic Repair range. It is a sustainable solution that allows bodyshops to reduce material costs and provide a responsible alternative to part replacement. Three products complete the range and collectively they can be used to repair any plastic damage such as holes, scratches and cracks and to rebuild small plastic parts. All are sandable and over paintable.

For damage smaller than 7 cm the go-to product is TEROSON PU SF 9225 ME, a fast-curing, two-component polyurethane repair adhesive with a pot life of two minutes.  It is suitable for paintable interior and exterior parts and, in particular, for repairing damage to bumpers, aprons and spoilers. The product cures at room temperature after 10 minutes, has excellent sandability and is overpaintable with all car paint systems.
