BERGQUIST® LIQUI FORM TLF LF2000 is a high thermal conductivity, silicone pre-cure gel, ideal for demanding applications requiring a balance between dispensability, low component stresses during assembly and ease of rework. It is a highly conformable shear-thinning material that applies very low force to components during assembly, and offers reliable long-term performance.
