This die-attach adhesive is formulated to enhance productivity in the assembly of optical, fibre-optic, and optoelectronic devices.
LOCTITE® ECCOBOND LUX AA50T is an opaque white, acrylate-based die-attach adhesive that enhances productivity in the assembly industry. It is typically used for optoelectronic devices, LED mounting, laser diode packaging, fibre pigtailing, and transceiver active alignment and potting. It cures in seconds when exposed to the appropriate intensity of visible (blue) or UV light. It also contains a secondary thermal cure mechanism for applications with shadowed areas.
