LOCTITE ABLESTIK ECF 561E is a gray, heat curing, rubberized epoxy die attach adhesive designed for bonding materials with severely mismatched coefficients of thermal expansion.
LOCTITE® ABLESTIK ECF 561E is a silver-filled, electrically conductive material in x, y, and z axes, and at high range frequencies (up to gigahertz range). This material acts an electrical ground plane when used for substrate attach applications and passes NASA outgassing standards.
