Henkel’s portfolio for crown caps used on glass bottles draws on our leading knowledge of can coatings and sealants to deliver best-in-class solutions for this specific application. It includes internal coatings for crown corks like our adhesion lacquers that provide closure manufacturers and brand owners with outstanding closure sealant adhesion performance. Our range of technologies also features external decorative systems for crown corks like our stamping enamel for convention and UV printing inks, or our clear overprint varnish.

These solutions for glass bottle caps are based on our high-performance BPA-NI coating technology, and do not contain bisphenols. They also leverage our Triple Safety approach, which helps to further reduce risks through regulatory assessments, analytical assessments and toxicological assessments for our coatings for crown caps.
