This solvent-based cleaner is designed for cleaning electrical and electronic devices. It removes grease, oil, dirt, flux, and other surface contaminants, evaporating quickly without leaving residue.
LOCTITE® SF 7647 is a fast-evaporating solvent cleaner for sensitive electrical and electronic equipment. It is designed as an alternative to CFC-113 and 1,1,1-trichloroethane solvents. It is compatible with most metals, as well as many plastics and elastomers, and effectively removes grease, dirt, oil, flux residues, and other contaminants from surfaces. It leaves no residue after evaporation. The cleaner can also be used for motorized instruments, control panels, electrically driven equipment, motors, and other electronic devices that require a non-flammable, low-residue degreasing agent. LOCTITE SF 7647 features a drying time of less than 30 seconds at 20°C (68°F) and provides high dielectric breakdown voltage and low ionic conductivity.
