This fast-cure, low-viscosity, 1-component, self-levelling epoxy adhesive is bio-compatibility-tested and both ideal for low temperature requirements and resistant to high operating temperatures.
LOCTITE® EA 9535 is a 1-component heat-curing epoxy adhesive specifically designed for bonding stainless steel cannulae into hubs, syringes and lancets for needle assemblies, but is suitable for a wide range of industrial or medical applications requiring a fast cure. It cures rapidly even when exposed to temperatures as low as 80°C (176°F), and its low viscosity ensures it is self-levelling and can be applied by roller. It bonds a wide range of metals and plastics and, due to its chemical- and temperature-resistance, can be used in high operating temperature environments.
