This water-miscible cutting fluid lubricant is designed for metal working such as grinding, CNC-machining and honing etc. It extends tool lifetime and reduces process costs.
BONDERITE® L-MR 71-2 is a cutting fluid lubricant, which creates a finely dispersed emulsion with a wider range of different water qualities. It is free of Cl, S-, and P-containing EP additives and formaldehyde-releasing agents. In general, no addition of bactericides is necessary. Its long emulsion lifetime combined with low topping-up concentrations significantly reduces product consumption, while its high lubricity extends tool lifetime and reduces process costs.
