LOCTITE® ABLESTIK ATB 125GR

LOCTITE® ABLESTIK® ATB 125GR is an automotive grade 0, high-reliability non-conductive die attach film suitable for both lead frame and laminate wire bond packages. As compared to paste materials, a flow-controlled film material addresses the challenges of 3D packaging, allowing the integration of thin dies by stacking and/or tight die to pad ratios. The material provides strong adhesion on both lead frames (Ag, Cu and PPF) and laminate substrates, and is compatible with die sizes up to 3.0 mm x 3.0 mm.
