BONDERITE® M-ZN 952 R1

BONDERITE® M-ZN 952 R10 is a green, clear, nitrite-accelerated, tricationic phosphating metal pre-treatment process for steel, galvanized- and alloy coated (Zn/Ni) steel. It generates a fine crystalline coating of manganese and nickel containing zinc phosphate which has very good corrosion protection properties. The coating weight is typically 1.8 to 2.8 g/cm³. Please note: BONDERITE M products are used in the surface modification of metals and usually applied in a multi-stage process. The performance of these surface treatments depends on various factors such as the preceding cleaning or etching steps (BONDERITE C portfolio), line design or process parameters.
