BONDERITE® M-FE 80

BONDERITE® M-FE 80 (Known as NOVAPHOS F 80) is a colorless to greenish, clear cleaner coater composed of acid phosphates and phosphating accelerants to treat ferrous material. It forms an amorphous phosphatic coating, mainly composed of iron phosphates, which provides good adhesion for liquid, powder or electrophoretic paints. Please note: BONDERITE M products are used in the surface modification of metals and usually applied in a multi-stage process. The performance of these surface treatments depends on various factors such as the preceding cleaning or etching steps (BONDERITE C portfolio), line design or process parameters.
