BONDERITE® M-ZN 880 MU

BONDERITE® M-ZN 880 (known as GRANODINE 880) is a liquid Zinc/Calcium phosphate immersion pre-treatment for the conversion of steel and zinc-coated steel material by improving chemical adhesion in further finishing operations such as rubber coating or painting. It is used as a conversion step in a pre-treatment cycle where the steel pieces have been previously pre-treated to remove surface pollutants. Please note: BONDERITE M products are used in the surface modification of metals and usually applied in a multi-stage process. The performance of these surface treatments depends on various factors such as the preceding cleaning or etching steps (BONDERITE C portfolio), line design or process parameters.
