LED Line Cure System developed specially for curing of LOCTITE UV-adhesives with UVV light.
LOCTITE 97068 (IDH 1523715) is an LED Line Cure System developed specially for curing of LOCTITE UV-adhesives with UVV light. The system can be operated at manual working stations as well as within automated production lines. The compact design of the LED head makes it ideally suited to positioning above ‘in-line’ components on flow lines. The LED head is equipped with 10 high power LEDs and a lens for creating a high intensity curing line over the whole length of the array. One Line Array is supplied with the Controller however, up to four Line Arrays can be operated by one Controller. Each additional Array will require the following: LED Line Array 405nm (IDH1449336), connection cable (IDH1483245)
- Compact LED head design
- Minimal thermal load during curing
- No warm-up or cool-down period
- Up to four LED heads operated by a single controller
- High intensity: 600 mW/cm²
- Integrated temperature and fan monitoring
- modular system consisting of an LED head, connection cable and controller
- LED head is equipped with 10 high power LED’s and a lens for creating a high intensity curing line over the whole length of the array
- Expected LED life is over 20,000 hours
