BONDERITE C-AK RT-1022R is a phosphate-free, alkaline liquid cleaner for multi-metal applications and can be applied by both spray and immersion.
BONDERITE® C-AK RT-1022R is a two package, phosphate-free, alkaline liquid cleaner formulated to prepare ferrous, zinc and aluminum surfaces to receive uniform, dense, crystalline conversion coatings. This product operates at a low temperature and is a medium/heavy duty cleaning solution. It can be applied by spray or immersion and is very effective in removing metal working fluids and soils, especially in the automotive industry.
  • Multi-metal compatibility; especially for use on ferrous, zinc surfaces

  • Medium and heavy duty applications
  • Operating time: Spray 0.5-2 minutes; Immersion 2-3 minutes
  • Operating Temperature depends the surfactant choice. With C-AD 1022S, 40-60°C; with C-AD 1023S, 20-40°C
