LOCTITE TCF 4000 PXF is a grey, non-silicone reworkable phase change thermal interface material designed to be used between a heat sink and a variety of heat generating components.
LOCTITE® TCF 4000 PXF is a phase change interface material that flows at the phase change temperature of 45° C and begins to conform to the surface features of the component. Upon flow, air is expelled from the interface which reduces thermal impedance and creates a highly efficient thermal transfer material. It can be used as a thermal grease replacement in computing applications, as well as lidded and bare die processor applications.
