This low-tack film for ease and convenience is perfect for when a liquid product is too fluid to stay on a part or too difficult to apply. Specially designed to provide consistent strength on a variety of metal substrates.
Sometimes a liquid threadlocker isn't ideal, if it’s too fluid or tricky to apply. In those cases, choose LOCTITE® 249. It’s designed for the locking and sealing of threaded fasteners requiring normal disassembly with standard hand tools without heat. It is supplied in a low-tack tape, which allows for an easy, drip-free application. Once applied to the bolt, it can be used for immediate assembly or days later, and provides consistent strength on a variety of metal substrates.
