A clear, silicone-based lubricant for equipment in the food processing industry.
LOCTITE® LB 8104 is a colorless grease based on silicone oil with an inorganic thickener for equipment in the food processing industry. It’s particularly used for lubricating plastic and elastomeric components, such as valves and joints, in hot and cold water systems operating at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F). It can also assist in fitting "O" rings.
- NLGI Grade 2/3
- Service/operating temperature: -40°C to 200°C (-40°F to 392°F)
- Registered to NSF Category H1 for incidental food contact in and around food processing areas
