LOCTITE® AA 3979 Light Cure Adhesive
Features and Benefits
Available sizes:
Transparent, fast light-cure acrylic adhesive gel for medical device bonding and other light-cure applications where the fluorescent properties of substrates may interfere with the detection of adhesives.
LOCTITE® AA 3979 is a 1-part, UV/visible light-cure acrylic adhesive gel that fluoresces red under UV light, making it ideal for medical device bonding applications where the fluorescent properties of the substrates hinder detecting the adhesives. It has a gel viscosity to fill large gaps and to prevent migration following application.
- UV fluorescent for quality inspection
- Gel viscosity ideal for large gaps or vertical surfaces
- ISO-10993 biocompatible for select medical devices
- Ideal for plastics, rubbers and metals
- Cured with UV and/or visible light
