This transparent, colorless to slightly amber, amine-based medical grade activator is designed for accelerating the cure of medical grade cyanoacrylate adhesives.
LOCTITE® SF 7451 is a transparent cyanoacrylate activator formulated with "cleanroom" grade acetone for use in the assembly of disposable medical devices. Ideal where increased cure speed of LOCTITE® cyanoacrylate adhesives is required, it can be either pre- or post-applied to the bond, although it’s especially suited for post-application to ensure rapid fixturing.
