A 1-part, surface-insensitive, fast-fixturing gel instant adhesive ideal for porous and acidic material in the assembly of disposable medical devices.
LOCTITE® 4541 is a gel viscosity (medical device grade) instant adhesive designed for large bond gaps and vertical applications. It provides for the rapid bonding of a wide range of materials such as metals, elastomers and plastics, including difficult-to-bond (PP, PE, PTFE) plastics with the aid of a primer such as LOCTITE® SF 7701. LOCTITE 4541 is also suited for bonding acidic and/or porous materials such as wood, paper, leather and fabric. It is tested to Henkel's ISO 10993 protocols for use in disposable medical devices.

- Will not drip or run
- Bonds similar or dissimilar substrate combinations of wood, metals, ceramics, most plastics
- Assembles difficult-to-bond plastics when LOCTITE® SF 7701 primer used
- Tested to Henkel's ISO-10993 biocompatibility protocols
