A 1-part, toughened and thermally resistant, high-viscosity instant adhesive for high temperature applications or where impact resistance is needed.
LOCTITE® 4204 is a clear, toughened and thermally resistant, high-viscosity instant adhesive. It has good impact, peel and temperature performance up to 121°C (250°F). It has a fixture time of 75 seconds and is suited for the assembly of metals, rubbers, and plastics, including difficult-to-bond plastics (PP, PE, PTFE) when used with a primer such as LOCTITE® SF 770.
  • Operating temperature: -44°C to 121°C (-65°F to 250°F)
  • Toughened for impact resistance
  • Excellent peel, impact and sheer strength
  • High viscosity for gaps up to 0.2 mm (0.008")
