This high-precision, positive displacement, volumetric metering valve is for dispensing cyanoacrylates (instant adhesive). For accurate, reliable, repeatable drop applications.
The LOCTITE® VA40 CA Volumetric Valve is designed to dispense drops of cyanoacrylate (1.5 to 6 microlitres, at a maximum cycle rate of 120/minute). It includes a check valve design, which improves the speed and reliability of priming. An innovative displacement rod and sealing system mean you can rely on a long dispensing life before you need to think about rebuilding.
