Henkel strengthens the leading position in Vietnam market by new investment

Henkel has opened a footwear adhesive application center in Henkel Vietnam’s adhesive smart factory in Bien Hoa, Dong Nai province on 11 July 2019. The initiative not only reinforces Henkel’s commitment to provide transformative and total solutions to our customers, but also highlighted our chemical and equipment expertise to accelerate automation for the industry.

In attendance were customers from leading global sports brands and original equipment manufacturers.
The center showcases innovative technologies and automation for applying adhesives in the shoe manufacturing process.

With Vietnam as one of Henkel’s fast-growing markets, the application center was built to cater to the booming footwear industry. Additionally, with technical experts and advanced technologies, Henkel can respond to customers’ needs quickly. Using various state-of-the-art tools and equipment, customers can test and simulate how our solutions can enable customers to optimize processes, increase productivity, reduce material waste and costs. Moreover, our employees can also conduct trials and experiments that lead to innovative product applications and improved production processes.
