LOCTITE® Proximity Switch Stand

The LOCTITE® Proximity Switch Stand is a proximity switch unit with an integrated sensor for convenient adhesive dispensing. It helps coat small parts when interfaced with an appropriate LOCTITE® dispensing controller and valve. The operator positions the part to be coated manually in the "vee" location. The initiator sensor detects the part and sends a start signal to the LOCTITE controller to trigger the dispensing cycle. The dispensing valve holding fixture and workpiece receptacle are adjustable and can be adapted to various part configurations. The additional equipment required is a LOCTITE® controller and dispense valve. The LOCTITE Proximity Switch Stand is also available with a capacitive initiator for detecting stainless steel and plastic parts.
