LOCTITE® 97121 Pinch Valve

The LOCTITE® Pinch Valve is a normally closed, single-acting universal dispense valve with spring-assisted closure for fail-safe operation in case of air supply loss. The valve feeds a lightweight, ergonomically designed pencil applicator and can be conveniently mounted on the reservoir lid or operated as a stand-alone unit. It’s typically used for cyanoacrylates, acrylics, anaerobic and light-curable adhesives, activators and primers. The dispensing is controlled by time, pressure and stroke of the actuator assembly. It can dispense small drop sizes of low- to medium-viscosity adhesives up to 5000 mPa s. A PTFE tube feeds through the valve, so the material is only in contact with the tube, not the moving parts.
