Henkel Thailand Held Distributors Training in Power & Industrial Automation

Henkel Thailand held “Henkel Technologies Day” for our distributors, this seminar facilitated knowledge sharing by our experts which focusing on thermal interface material, best practice, and troubleshooting as well as knowledge of online purchasing platform eshop and customer service process.

Over 20 participants from our distributor benefitted from Henkel’s insights and fruitful Q&A session to clarify their doubts.

Veeraya Utamachant, Distribution channel management and Sukanya Moonrat, Power & Industrial Automation global Key Account Management, Henkel Thailand, opened the training with a warm welcome speech and objectives of this event. 

After that, Nanthapob Thongbon, Senior Application Engineer, Henkel Thailand, provided an introduction of thermal interface material in term of material application, material handling, storage condition, and stocks management as well as sharing best practice experience and troubleshooting.

In addition, Yupadee Wongmetanukorch, Manager Sales & Channel Excellence Southeast Asia, Henkel Thailand, also have refreshing session about online purchasing platform “eshop” which introduced and updated useful function to user. We also invited Nilawan Ratanachaisuwan, Manager Customer Service Front Office and Sumontha Khotchadee, Specialist Customer Service Front Office, Henkel Thailand, to share about orders process, demand forecast management, and delivery process.

Through this seminar, Henkel Thailand aims to support distributor’s knowledge with sharing profound information and fruitful discussions. We look forward to sharing useful knowledge with them again.
