Phosphate- and chromate-free, liquid pre-treatment spray or dip, formulated to treat galvanized steel, steel and aluminum surfaces by dip or spray application.
BONDERITE® M-NT 30001 is a phosphate- and chromate-free, liquid pre-treatment, based on trivalent chromium and zirconium. It is formulated to treat galvanized steel, steel and aluminum surfaces by dip or spray application and should be used on lines which treat mostly galvanized material. It is also a good substitute for lines with high amounts of steel. Please note: BONDERITE M products are used in the surface modification of metals and usually applied in a multi-stage process. The performance of these surface treatments depends on various factors such as the preceding cleaning or etching steps (BONDERITE C portfolio), line design or process parameters.
- Free of phosphates, COD, BOD and toxic heavy metals
- Low temperature application
- Good compatibility with liquid-, powder- and electropaints
- Conversion coating for zinc, steel and aluminum surfaces, when high performance on zinc is required
