LOCTITE TCF 2000 is a black, phase change thermal interface material designed to be used between a heat sink and a variety of heat generating components.
LOCTITE® TCF 2000 is a thermal grease replacement compound designed to flow at the phase change temperature (51°C). At this temperature, the material conforms to the surface features of both the heat sink and component. Air is expelled from the interface once it begins to flow which reduces thermal impedance and acts as a highly efficient thermal transfer material. This product is supplied as a dry compound coated onto an aluminium substrate and is available in a range of thicknesses.
