      BERGQUIST® LIQUI FORM TLF 3800LVO is a thermally conductive, dispensable and highly conformable thermal management material with low volatility for silicone sensitive applications. The unique formula offers excellent chemical and mechanical stability. This thixotropic material has a natural tack that forms around sensitive components with low component stress during assembly, ensuring it stays in place after application.
      • Dispensable pre-cured gel, requiring no mixing or refrigeration
      • Thermal conductivity: 3.8 W/m-K (ASTM D5470)
      • Low volatility for silicone sensitive applications
      • Stable viscosity in storage and in the application
      • Low compression set to reduce stress on components
