When you need a liquid, 1-part, medium-viscosity retaining compound with very high strength, LOCTITE® 635 is a good choice. Designed for the bonding cylindrical fitting parts, this green adhesive fills the inner space between components and cures in the absence of air to form a strong, unitized assembly. Once cured, you can expect high shear strength with maximum load transmission capability and uniform stress distribution. LOCTITE® 635 is perfect for rotor to shafts in fractional and subfractional horsepower motors, locking bushings and sleeves in housings on shafts, and augmenting press fits. Also used for Mil-R-46082 military specifcation related applications.
