STEP 1

Pretreat the surface

Bonding surfaces have to be cleaned from oil, grease, dust and any other contaminations. Clean the bonding surfaces with TEROSON® VR 10 using a lint-free cloth.

STEP 2

Prepare the cartridge (1/2)

To open the cartridge, use the cartridge opener. The cartridge must be opened at the top and bottom! Remove bottom cover and open cartridge. Screw dispensing nozzle (inner nozzle) onto the cartridge.

STEP 3

Prepare the cartridge (2/2)

Insert cartridge into the spray dispenser and screw on blue screw collar (for spray application). Screw air cap fully into the blue screw collar.

STEP 4

Prepare the dispenser (1/3)

Screw the front union nut of the TEROSON® ET MULTIPRESS. Insert the cartridge into the tube. Screw the union nut back onto the tube. The supply pressure must be at least 6 bar (max. 10 bar).

Adjusting screws:
Blue adjusting screw = atomising air
Red adjusting screw = sealant flow

STEP 5

Prepare the dispenser (2/3)

Start with closed material flow and open air flow completely. Position dispenser towards the substrate and press the trigger.

STEP 6

Prepare the dispenser (3/3)

Slowly open sealant flow to achieve a base structure. Different ratios of sealant and air supply will produce the required texture.

STEP 6a

Application of the spray seam

Hold the nozzle in the vertical position and move with a distance to the surface approx. 20 cm. Cover the surface. Create spray seam sealing and spray surface coating textures with TEROSON® MS 9320 SF.

STEP 6b

Application of the PVC seam
