BONDERITE® C-NE 7400 (known as P3-PREVOX 7400) is a bright yellowish, clear aqueous metal pre-treatment solution providing instant temporary corrosion protection to steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals. Applied by spray or immersion, it passivates the metal surface for storage in a closed environment.
- Sensible addition to water used for leak testing of hollow components such as tanks, manifolds, radiators and cooling systems
- Should also be added to the cooling water used in engine bench tests or for induction hardening
- Inhibits corrosion resulting from water
