LOCTITE® EQ LED Flood System Single Controller supplies electrical power and control to the LOCTITE® LED Flood Arrays.
This LOCTITE® LED Flood Curing System Single Controller supplies electrical power to the LOCTITE® CL30 LED Flood Arrays to cure UV and visible light cure adhesives. The Flood Arrays are available in 365 nm, 380 nm and 405 nm wavelengths (Item #2139182, 2139181, and 2139180 respectively). It controls the time that the LED is kept on during the cure cycle. The LED Flood Array wavelength is selected according to the curing requirements of the adhesive. For a given irradiance, the exposure time required to fully cure the adhesive depends primarily on the properties of the adhesive and the optical properties of the substrate that the light is transmitted through.
