TEROSON® EP 1432 is a dark gray, solvent-free, expanding, high strength body and frame structural epoxy foam. The uncured material is resistant to washing and phosphating solutions in normal use in the automotive industry and to electro-dip painting. The final part gets its geometric shape i.e. by extrusion and cutting in combination with or without melting foil.
