BONDERITE® M-NT 4595 R5

BONDERITE® M-NT 4595 R5 treatment is a chromium-free conversion coating process specifically formulated for treating aluminum and its alloys. The BONDERITE M-NT 4595 R5 process uses two liquid products: BONDERITE M-NT 4595 R5 MU and BONDERITE M-NT 4595 R5 are applied in dilute form by spray or immersion to produce a colorless or slightly iridescent conversion coating on light metals. Normally BONDERITE M-NT 4595 is applied by spray with a final rinsing however in some cases the final rinsing may be avoided. The process provides excellent corrosion resistance as well as a very good adhesion base for organic finishes and is particularly suitable for use on light alloy wheels.
