Chromium-free, metal pre-treatment used for the passivation of aluminum and generating colorless conversion layers on aluminum and its alloys.
BONDERITE® M-NT 4830 R is a metal pre-treatment which produces a chromium-free conversion layer on aluminum and its alloys. The color of the converted surfaces ranges from colorless to slightly iridescent and provides corrosion resistance as well as very good adhesion properties for subsequent painting. It is applied through dip, spray or cascade, with or without rinse.
