The new plant in Montornès del Vallès, Spain is being established as our main European hub servicing global aerospace Tier 1, 2 and 3’s. Our goal is to help original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) meet today's historic production ramp-up and be ready for tomorrow's challenges.

Benefiting from decades of experience at the Montornès site, perfecting value chain processes and operations in the automotive industry, our expanded facilities bring added value to aerospace manufacturers through a smart factory that is fully robotized and optimized for the age of digitization.
Additionally, our Montornès plant for aerospace adhesives incorporates sensors and recorders for a multitude of process parameters to support production repeatability and to ensure quality traceability.
Henkel's aerospace hub has created 55 highly technical positions and filled it with empowered individuals, who are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of efficiency in the development of adhesive products aimed at adding even more value for our aerospace customers, as they adapt to market trends.
