BONDERITE® M-NT 7400 (known as BONDERITE 7400) is formulated to deposit a chromium-free conversion coating through spraying or immersion on steel, galvanized steel and aluminum. Using it produces a uniform coating which improves paint adhesion and improves bare corrosion resistance of aluminum, zinc and iron surfaces. The process does not need to be rinsed following the coating treatment. Please note: BONDERITE M products are used in the surface modification of metals and usually applied in a multi-stage process. The performance of these surface treatments depends on various factors such as the preceding cleaning or etching steps (BONDERITE C portfolio), line design or process parameters.
