The BONDERITE M-ZN 450 R process produces a heavy zinc phosphate coating on iron and steel surfaces immersed in the solution. The coating inhibits corrosion and greatly increases the adhesion and durability of paint finishes. The absorptive nature of the coating gives excellent corrosion protection to parts treated subsequently with a protective fluid.
