Henkel Sustainability Club’s theater play

The unique play developed by Henkel Argentina in order to promote environmental care among its neighboring communities – as part of the Community Relationship program that the company has been pursuing since 2011 – was recently declared of “Municipal and Cultural Interest” by the Honorable Council of Chivilcoy.

The play was premiered at the plant – where Henkel produces around 15,000 tons of adhesives per year – and was then presented at schools and also the Chivilcoy Children's Book Fair in September. The play portrays two members of the "Henkel Sustainability Club Family" who show, using everyday life situations, how small contributions to sustainability can be made in the home.

"We are really grateful and very proud of this accolade. We developed the play to enhance the promotion of sustainable development among our employees and the communities we integrate,” says Ignacio Sabino, Head of Corporate Communications at Henkel Argentina and coordinator of the Community Relationship Program.
